Chris Mazdzer

Chris Mazdzer is an Olympic silver medalist in luge from the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang. He is also a two-time Olympian and seven-time National Champion. Chris began traveling on the international Junior World Cup circuit when he was just 13 years old. Chris’ Olympic medal was a first for the United States in men's singles. In addition to being a top competitor, Chris has been elected by his fellow competitors to represent them at the highest levels in the sport of luge. Chris Mazdzer sits on both the Executive Board of the Federation of International Luge and the Board of Directors of the United States Luge Association, where he focuses on making the sport of luge a better place for athletes. During his time off, Chris enjoys being outside in whatever capacity possible including backpacking, rock climbing, and mountain biking.
