Brooklyn McDougall

Brooklyn McDougall is a 2022 Olympic Long Track Speed Skater from Calgary, AB. She started speed skating at 15 years old, transitioning from AAA hockey. She first laced up skates in 2014 at the Olympic Oval in Calgary and immediately knew she wanted to switch sports. In just eight years of her skating career, Brooklyn became the 2018 Canadian Junior All Round Champion, competed at two Junior World Championships, became a five-time 2019 Canada Winter Games Medalist, became the 2021 women’s 500m Canadian champion, and made her Olympic debut in Beijing in 2022.
